Shipping Policy

All orders are processed & shipped out within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on holidays/weekends will not be shipped out until the following day when the holiday/ weekend has ended.

Once your order has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking information.The tracking number will be active after 24 hours.

MulannK Hair Shop isn’t liable for any products that are lost/damaged during shipping. If your order is lost/damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
